The click and collect service is so handy. Ordered online at 2pm, ready for collection at 3pm. Thomas not only helped me load my order, he also helped me loaded extra bark chipping I bought in store. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service after a long morning looking for skirting board more than 150mm tall! Wickes was the only store in Longwell Green to stock a bull nose skirting board of the height we needed to cover some pipes. Unfortunately, they only stocked 3.6m lengths, too long for my car and they no longer cut down wood themselves for health and safety reasons. However, having asked for some excellent customer service, the young man who served me found the right piece of wood, took out the one length needed and helped me find a cheap saw. He then accompanied me to the car park where I cut the piece of wood so that it would fit into my car. He was personable and helpful and I can recommend the service at this store because of him. I quite frequently go to longwell green store, Scott with the blue hair is an amazing person! He is extremely helpful and informative and always Help me pack my car with heavy items!!!

Had to complain about a fence panel going out of shape before using.
Wicks were very helpful and are replacing it on Tuesday and collecting the other one.

This branch is undergoing refurbishment. The store used to be dimly lit and had the appearance of an old warehouse. However, judging by the aisles that have already been updated, the transformation is very appealing, which combined with the ever helpful staff, will make this a great place to shop for your building supplies.

Lovely staff, didn't have what we needed this time, but clean, tidy, welcoming and friendly store. One lady Nicolette was extremely helpful and just lovely to talk to. Covid friendly store. Recommended.

Unhelpful staff. Asked about availability of stock, was told lorries need unloading so they wouldn't get anything from the storeroom for at least 3 hrs. Went to Wickes in Ashton, they were brilliant.

We got everything we needed at a reasonable price. But couldn't find the worksurface we wanted so went home looked it up on line found it ordered it and am going back to the same branch to collect it ( if they can find it!)
