I really loved the atmosphere of this place. However, I wasn’t super impressed with the food but I am keen to go back and try other things. I had a green goddess salad which was alright but not the best I had- it was missing something, maybe a bit of zing. I also tried the matcha latte and didn’t really like it. On the plus side, the jasmine tea was really tasty .. at first, but I made a rookie mistake and left half of it brewing for too long and it became very bitter. I thought that’s the case only with the green teas, but apparently it’s the same with white tea. This is on me but it would have been nice to be warned about this.. Anyway, according to my experience, the place deserves 4+ stars and I think the atmosphere is a good enough reason to check it out. It’s full of plants and really warm and beautiful inside. Also, I saw people working on the laptop which is also a plus. PS: Parking is terrible in the area. Good luck finding a place..

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Garden of Easton in Bristol, and I must say it was a truly magical experience. The ambiance was enchanting, with lush plants hanging from the ceiling, creating a serene and calming atmosphere. The menu offered an array of delightful dishes that were perfect for sharing. Each plate was beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. What truly impressed me was the abundance of gluten-free options available. It's not often that you find a restaurant that caters so thoughtfully to dietary restrictions. Now, let's talk about the food itself. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and the taste combinations were truly remarkable. From appetizers to main courses, everything was prepared with care and expertise. The flavors were well-balanced, and each dish left me wanting more. Overall, Garden of Easton exceeded my expectations in every way. The restaurant's magical ambiance, combined with the incredible food and the wide range of gluten-free options, made for a truly unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Bristol.

Love the decor, it's like a lovely green lush conservatory/garden! Really nice atmosphere. Good service. Tasty food with good vegetarian options. We ordered 5 small plates to make up a nice meal to share for 2. Meal price included a very refreshing cocktail each and coffee to finish.

We were in the neighbourhood and was looking for a place to have lunch when we stumbled upon Garden of Easton. It was like an oasis amidst terrace houses, eclectic shops, and colourful street art. I actually refer to it as Easton's best-kept secret (at least for us visitors). It was quite busy too so we thought we wouldn't be accommodated. But to our delight, there were a couple f tables that just became available. We were ushered upstairs quickly enough and our orders promptly taken. What we liked a lot was that we were asked to pay upon ordering and that was to our liking as we were rushing for an appointment too. So that was a plus point! Efficient, practical and no need for the long ritual of getting our bill ritual. We loved the garden/rainforest vibe. The drinks were fab and fierce, bursting with vibrant colours. I love their apple-ginger drink! Refreshing and flavourful. I ordered the okonomiyake and was not disappointed. I must say it was plated like a garden ... you just need to look at the photo i provided. It was very delicious and had lots of texture (especially the crispy fried onions topping). I've had authentic okonomiyake in Japan and this one can stack up to the competition. My husband's brunch plate was excellent too. The place is dog-friendly too. On a side note, the toilet seat in their toilet is just fascinating 😁. My only comment is that the toilet could use some tidying up and need to fix tissue dispenser. Overall, this is highly recommended. Very important to note is their friendly, courteous, professional staff, as well as really good food at fair prices.

We had brunch at the Garden of Easton for my birthday. The food was excellent (Thai fishcakes and a Japanese pancake), and the cocktails very tasty! It's a lovely setting, with and impressive living jungle inside. Really nice atmosphere, staff relaxed but attentive. Thanks very much!

We came here to Celebrate Valentines day. The food at Garden of Easton is wonderful, there are loads of great options, all reasonably priced and good sized portions also. The food is packed full of flavour, although some is relatively spicy (so good for those who like a bit of a kick!). The house white & rosé we had was lovely and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and decor is absolutely beautiful, the live plants filling the place to the brim really do give the Garden to Easton it's name! A real utopia, with a beautifully relaxed atmosphere and plenty of plants to marvel at!

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is stunningly beautiful inside filled with trailing plants and rustic seating. The staff are incredible! They are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. There is a range of small plates, sandwiches and our of this world cakes and brownies. You feel like you've taken a breather from the hustle of life and stepped into another reality, where things are brighter and more beautiful 😍

Amazing food, amazing venue, amazing atmosphere. If ever there was a place worthy of a 5 star review it’s this place. I’m not normally a big eater and usually end up leaving places with a to-go box but the food here was so good I left a spotless plate! If you’re local it’s a top spot for a regular visit and if you live further out it’s definitely worth the travel. I could get lost looking at the plants for hours even without the food the venue is like a different world and it’s so tranquil being among so much greenery.
