This morning I found a staff member called Pam and I asked for a tuna sandwich with cucumber 🥒 and they said to me ( no any) so if I did order it online they have it ! Excuse me ! Why online orders got it and for customers in person they …
In a very rough spot and I’ve witnessed people steal, the staff did nothing. I come here often and the food is always cold and the staff are pretty much always rude.
Very rude young lady behind the counter. Obviously needs some customer service training. The security guard was busy sitting chatting and not doing his job. Very poor establishment.
Absolutely lovely lady at counter called Joe served me with amazing customer service and made me an excellent coffee. Hope she is ok as someone was giving her trouble about an order but she remained polite and respectful. 5 stars to her
The lovely supervisor Dan helped me with my order and guided me to making a selection of a vegan sausage roll. He was very polite and the store was very clean. I couldn't sing his praises higher. The rest of the staff were cheery and welcoming. All around very good, professional experience, I hope to be served by him again.
Great tasting food as always. The pizza slice and the cheese and onion bake are my favourite. The vanilla slices and Bavarian slices are so delicious too. The vegetarian sandwiches and toasties are great. Polite and helpful staff as usual. Very clean and tidy. Coffee is great here snd very cheap.
