They also have outdoor seating, sea facing, which is pretty good.

A real gem in our home town and we are so lucky to have an amazing establishment such as this.
3 real highlight's to Liberty; The décor is fantastic the quality of the food and cakes is one of the best in Torbay and the staff are so friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Maxine the Manager she is brilliant. Very attentive and creates a great team spirit.
Look forward to going back soon and supporting our local business after the busy summer tourist season.

Also a cosy little hideaway for brunch, afternoon teas or coffee n cake.

My friend and I popped in for a drink and a cake. The service was brilliant and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I love the decor in here too. The cakes were OK but we wouldn't have them again. My friend tells me the paninis are lovely.

Stumbled across Liberty on holiday and was pleasantly surprised. The creative cocktails and friendly atmosphere made it a great place to enjoy a drink and relax! (the photos are of the signature cocktails: jelly legs and new Orleans hurricane, and a long island iced tea)

Been here every day this last week while on holiday, slowly working through the cocktail menu 😋
Drinks are very nice. Reasonable priced.
Staff are friendly and welcoming too.
Unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair user, but you can sit over the road at the outdoor seating.

Fantastic decor and vibes here. I ordered a crab sandwich and the friendly staff prepared one for me, despite it being later in the day (which was delicious!). I can see why this place was the top cocktail bar rated on TripAdvisor last year – fantastic place!
