what an incredible hidden treasure, we had two utterly delicious breakfast toasties - top quality coffee and service with a smile. if you get the chance call in - also all day omlet menu and amazing home made cakes. (we used the also fantastic hand car wash while we waited. also recommended.

What an absolute little gem of a place!! We are relatively new to the area and a friend recommended Orange & Black after we had mentioned visiting other cafes / coffee places in the area. It did not disappoint! I am a coffee snob…& the coffee here is amazing! I love it! The food is truly lovely too, toasties, jacket spuds…all with a really generous side salad. Everything breakfast! …& so reasonably priced too! You name it, they have it, along with some scrumpy homemade yumminess on offer too! The staff are delightful. Cheerful and welcoming… This place is a hidden treasure, tucked away in the Brixworth Ind Est, seating area is available, some under cover. Go pay them a visit.. you will not be disappointed and will return! :)
In a foul mood at lunch today, thought I'd get the car cleaned. Found this really sweet place huddled in the corner next to the car wash, completely brightened my mood. I was served a delicious tuna melt with some fresh OJ by Lily, a lovely talkative young waitress who manned the entire operation by herself, bless her and by the time I'd finished my treats the car was done.
It was my first time visiting Orange and Black Coffee Shop and I was really pleasantly surprised with how friendly and lovely the staff were, in particular one lady who stood out, Lily i think her name was. She's very professional and smiley. The set up there is also very quirky and cool and different. I will be definitely back again!
Brilliant place. My girlfriend and I popped into this place on our bike ride. Had a very nice toastie, coffee and pork pie.
Iain the owner was friendly and we had a nice chat. The girls were lovely too!

Fantastic menu, great staff plus the best coffee in the village. The toasted sandwiches are great deep filled and served with salad. You can call up to pre order if you are short on time. Gorgeous selection of cakes and bakes. Such a great place for lunch, coffee or cake.
