Great little village pub where we always get a warm welcome. TV, dartboard, pool table.... what more could you want? A good range of simple home-cooked food on the menu.
A lovely little pub. We were here to play darts. There's also a pool table.
Good parking.
Nice beer garden, not too busy. Cosy interior, tv's showing sports when we visited. Beer seemed cheaper than elsewhere. Sizable car park. Friendly staff.
Atmosphere seems wonderful. Second time last night going there after We were at a few other pubs( one being masons arms oxford which I love ❤️ )
I did chuckle when i was told by a server she couldn’t understand my souther intario canadian accent when I asked for a coffee as first time ever in all my years travelling in the uk being told my canadian accent is hard to understand 😂 and I’m listening to mainstream music wondering if she can understand the music playing in the pub😂 but anyways the atmosphere is quite nice.
Excellent country pub , we only went in for a drink, it was that good , I had to have another.
Always a pleasant visit to The Masons Arms and the hosts are always very welcoming and friendly. Great pub, great food and drinks, fabulous location
We went to this lovely country pub for Sunday lunch. We had booked a table and they asked us when we booked what roast we wanted. The food was lovely, it was hot and plenty of it. The staff were very friendly and very efficient. It was a very good find. Highly recommended. We will definitely be going again.
My self, my partner and my 7 year old son paid a vist to this beautiful traditional pub on Sunday after being turned down by another pub as my son is only 7.
We were made to feel very welcome will definitely recommend as its now our new local 😀
In a desert of good pubs in the local area, this is a brilliant oasis. There are other pubs around but this is far better than the other options. Yes, it's a bit of a walk to get there, but it's worth the effort. You'll receive a friendly welcome when you walk in and you'll be offered a far better choice of drinks than you'd think from the outside. Real ales are always on tap and very well kept too. There is a wide ranging and reasonably priced food menu available and I've never seen anyone complain about the quality. With a new estate to be built over the road, this small local is surely going to become far far busier. I urge anyone to visit it....just tell Jon and Becky that I sent you...i may get a free half one day!!
Absolutely lovely little pub. Staff are always friendly and accommodating!
