Best Prezzo around! Perfect location with a lovely sea view. Menu is obviously the same in the whole group but Broadstairs always serves better and hotter food. It must be extremely well organised as limited staff. The guy serving was excellent, good customer service to all tables, happy, cheerful couldn't fault him in any way.

Food was nice, but they seemed very disorganised, although very apologetic.They were very busy though. They need bigger tables, with four sat around a table it gets very cramped once your food comes out.
Went back a few weeks later as we still had vouchers left - so many discounts last time due to bad experience, this time it was much better, different manager I guess.

Had a lovely meal last night with a big group of us. Meals came out really quick and yummy.
Only little negative was the music a little to loud for me.
Service friendly and helpful, can highly recommend this venue.

2 adults and 2 teenagers visited. Kids had pizza , good choice for them. Partner had pea risotto and really liked it but she's easily pleased as a vegetarian. I enjoyed the mushroom mash and slow cooked beef. Nice place when we visited.

Wow. I just want to say thank you to the staff here. They must have been working very hard at the end of a long and busy weekend, and I got the friendliest welcome I've had for a long time. The greeting at the door was so lovely, and all the staff were really kind and smiley, though I could see they were busy and under pressure after a long day. I arrived after a long day myself, feeling kind of down and lonely, but as a single diner I felt lifted by their kindness. Thank you to all. X

Good food, nice friendly staff and love the calamari, its the best calamari in Thanet, my personal opinion. The have a great array of alcoholic and non alcoholics drinks, the citrus cooler is a personal non alcoholic favourite.
Never personally sat indoors as I love the outdoor views.
*Edited: They've recently added a rum punch to their menu and would recommend this drink to anyone who's a liver of spiced rum or just fancy a cheeky drink. The Sea Bass with Gnocchi and the Lobster and Crab ravioli served with King Prawns is a must try.

I had a gluten free, vegan margarita pizza and it was really nice. My son had his usual oak-smoked salmon last which he loves. The only down side is that the drinks are a bit over priced.

Used a gift from family for the three course set meal and glass if wine. Lovely experience, staff very welcoming and attentive. Food choice was really good - husband loved the carbonara and then cheesecake.

We had a fabulous early evening supper with our grandchildren and their parents. Being Bank Holiday we had pre booked (advisable) the restaurant was very busy but that didn't stop the staff from being helpful and friendly. The food was excellant. The children's menu had great variety even to the point they created a child's portion of a pasta dish that wasn't on kids menu.
Great choice of wine. It was altogether a lovely evening and superb value for money.

Just disgusting. Oil every where in the plate, the waitress had her hands inside my plate. Our pasta was too cooked and tasted like vomit, our risotto has the same consistence as vomit and tasted like gas. You'll throw away your money. Trust me, I'm Italian and I know what I'm talking about. Never again

On the plus side we were offered a table for 4 on a Monday evening straight away and it was outside.. attentive waitress and starter came quickly. Downside was the main - I had Mushroom risotto which was basically like a soggy rice pudding and mushrooms few and far between. Apart from that the venue was lovely .

Disappointed. I've ordered a beef salad for 11 pounds and tiny olives bowl for 4. Olives for 4 pounds - I get just 8 olives, and 3 of them where so old(even looked like a big raisins)that it tasted more like water. The salad - I had feeling that this restaurant want to trick me,because the 60% of my dish contained just dry spinach, it wasn't even mixed with oil or anything like that, olives in the salad where tiny and they cut them on half so it looked like its a lot of them inside the salad,but it was just about 4-5 pieces inside. Had very bad feeling like I was overcharged for nothing. But after this "restaurant" we found nice "fish & Beer" pub not far away from prezzo, it's tiny,nice,chef cooks near you,all food fresh and prices are perfect. Better try this,I didn't met something like this before,definitely need to try all menu!

Horrific level of service, have eaten here plenty of times. Tonight was the last, one waitresses hardly spoke, one walked over to take order then walked off. The other could only take a drinks order not our starters or mains, Rude and clearly untrained. Food was warm at best with the chips tasting like fish. My wifeâs meal cold and goey. This all topped up by tables around us not being served and people say unhappy and without food. Staff need training and to be able to speak and understand English. Would be nice if the food wasnât slammed down in front of people and at least ask if there is anything else they can help with before disappearing. Seriously unimpressed!

Booked a table of six for my friends to celebrate my birthday.
Very disappointing.. Firstly Service not very good. Then I found out I couldn't use my free "birthday"Prosecco voucher against any other offers which seemed unfair...... To honour this one person had to order off main menu which we did and wasn't a problem but we were not told of this first off by our waitress...
My pizza was quite dry and not the best.

Habit of complaining but on this occasion it was not great.

Not too bad. Have had better carbonara, it was a bit greasy which I have never experienced anywhere else. Pudding was nice, starter was average but the service was fair.
The drinks were very expensive. ÂŁ2.75 for a glass of lemonade!

The meal was very nice -no complaints with the service...no soup spoon only a dessert spoon a minor issue ! But the only thing is that a table for two soon becomes three tables with six people far too close- you may as well push them together because everyone is on top of each other. It depends on who speaks the loudest! I hate eating my meal with other people I don't know when I've gone out for a special meal or something - I know it's a choice to eat in public but I think the tables are far too close togethetherđ

What an amazing experience, weather was fabulous to be in the esplanade enjoying the sun, food was very tasteful and warm, staff did a pretty good job , they were very busy , definitely a must return. Got more fan of prezzo. Excellent experience.

Go to a pizza place only to be told no pizzas, asked for meat balls and pasta, very greasy and not nice. Staff walking pass you when you want to talk to them.
