We had a fabulous early evening supper with our grandchildren and their parents. Being Bank Holiday we had pre booked (advisable) the restaurant was very busy but that didn't stop the staff from being helpful and friendly. The food was excellant. The children's menu had great variety even to the point they created a child's portion of a pasta dish that wasn't on kids menu.
Great choice of wine. It was altogether a lovely evening and superb value for money.

Best Prezzo around! Perfect location with a lovely sea view. Menu is obviously the same in the whole group but Broadstairs always serves better and hotter food. It must be extremely well organised as limited staff. The guy serving was excellent, good customer service to all tables, happy, cheerful couldn't fault him in any way.
The food is good, service is 👍, if you seat in the back you get the sea view.

Food was nice, but they seemed very disorganised, although very apologetic.They were very busy though. They need bigger tables, with four sat around a table it gets very cramped once your food comes out.
Went back a few weeks later as we still had vouchers left - so many discounts last time due to bad experience, this time it was much better, different manager I guess.
Had a lovely meal last night with a big group of us. Meals came out really quick and yummy.
Only little negative was the music a little to loud for me.
Service friendly and helpful, can highly recommend this venue.
2 adults and 2 teenagers visited. Kids had pizza , good choice for them. Partner had pea risotto and really liked it but she's easily pleased as a vegetarian. I enjoyed the mushroom mash and slow cooked beef. Nice place when we visited.
Wow. I just want to say thank you to the staff here. They must have been working very hard at the end of a long and busy weekend, and I got the friendliest welcome I've had for a long time. The greeting at the door was so lovely, and all the staff were really kind and smiley, though I could see they were busy and under pressure after a long day. I arrived after a long day myself, feeling kind of down and lonely, but as a single diner I felt lifted by their kindness. Thank you to all. X
Good food, nice friendly staff and love the calamari, its the best calamari in Thanet, my personal opinion. The have a great array of alcoholic and non alcoholics drinks, the citrus cooler is a personal non alcoholic favourite.
Never personally sat indoors as I love the outdoor views.
*Edited: They've recently added a rum punch to their menu and would recommend this drink to anyone who's a liver of spiced rum or just fancy a cheeky drink. The Sea Bass with Gnocchi and the Lobster and Crab ravioli served with King Prawns is a must try.
Great service. Very attentive, the food is consistently great combined with the views of the sea when eating on the terrace. Highly recommend.
Beautiful seafront location Viking Bay Broadstairs. Seating outside, or undercover or inside restaurant. Waiter service friendly and efficient. Food good as usual.
Fantastic service! The manager bent over backwards to make our anniversary meal special. The server was smiley and helpful. View here of the bay is fantastic. And the food is good too!
