Very happy with the welcoming staff, waited until the queue disappeared and even with the drive thru being busy the staff were still efficient and really helpful. Not many ask if I want coffee or not in my frappe which was really good. I know that when it's busy your brain can get overwhelmed.
Staff were wonderful and I will go again.
Definitely my coffee shop of choice, coffee is always delicious but I will be honest don't tend to eat here as I find food in coffee shops is pretty much always overpriced. So if you are after a decent coffee ๐ but if you are after food nip to a supermarket and bag yourself a meal deal for significantly less ๐
I go in every Saturday on my way to my mums.
It's always clean the staff are always helpful and we have good banta with then it's always busy
We don't eat in their as j am a celiac ๐๐๐
Unfortunately I only get my Starbucks as a takeaway I would love to sit in and have a lovely coffee and a bite to eat but the lack of an EV charger means I have to go elsewhere, there are spaces allocated for chargers but they haven't been installed
Really nice and open plan, plenty of room to get around with a pushchair Also there is seating out the front as well. Friendly staff very welcoming.
Lovely place to visit, friendly staff, lovely food & wonderful coffee. Welcoming with children & dogs, always happy to help.
Clean tables both inside & out and toilets are pleasant too. Our favourite at the moment is a raspberry swirl & vanilla latte with blonde roast & caramel drizzle! Kids love the cookie straws!!
Lovely vegan praline hot chocolate. Friendly staff, lovely Christmasy atmosphere without over killing it.
Wonderful cafe, open, bright and modern. I'm remembered by name every time I visit which is so nice. The staff are very friendly and chatty and go the extra mile to make me feel welcome. If you're in Westwood Cross or Broadstairs, do come and see for yourself. Power plugs for laptops/phones, nice tables to get a bit of study/work done over your coffee and wonderful air-con!
So nice to find a new bright and cheerful place like this here! I "cafe" a lot around the world and this is one of the good ones!
Went in yesterday customer service from logan and Chris was amazing so friendly, the drink was nice the only down points was the toilets are to small and there was one member off staff he didn't have a name badge on or apron but he was being really rude and blunt to staff member which you could see they felt uncomfortable but apart from that it was a good experience I would highly recommend my friends
