Very happy with the welcoming staff, waited until the queue disappeared and even with the drive thru being busy the staff were still efficient and really helpful. Not many ask if I want coffee or not in my frappe which was really good. I know that when it's busy your brain can get overwhelmed.

It's always clean the staff are always helpful and we have good banta with then it's always busy

Unfortunately I only get my Starbucks as a takeaway I would love to sit in and have a lovely coffee and a bite to eat but the lack of an EV charger means I have to go elsewhere, there are spaces allocated for chargers but they haven't been installed
Really nice and open plan, plenty of room to get around with a pushchair Also there is seating out the front as well. Friendly staff very welcoming.

Wonderful cafe, open, bright and modern. I'm remembered by name every time I visit which is so nice. The staff are very friendly and chatty and go the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Went in yesterday customer service from logan and Chris was amazing so friendly, the drink was nice the only down points was the toilets are to small and there was one member off staff he didn't have a name badge on or apron but he was being really rude and blunt to staff member which you could see

Was served by a lovely lady called Becky today 😊 I don't drink coffee and my daughter has always wanted to go Starbucks so Becky helped us pick suitable drinks. Lovely customer service with a smile 🙂
