Only came for food one evening, didn't stay the night. Really tasty burger, patty tasted great and filled the bun, generous portions. Simple staple pub menu selection, but they did it well. Nice open fire and recently refurbished WC

Awesome little pub inside the hotel to stop into before going to catch the ferry. We even contemplated getting a room for the night and staying until the next day. Would definitely love to come back and stay for a night

We went for a few beers after Kayaking in Brodick. Very friendly atmosphere and friendly staff beautiful grounds and I love the greenhouse. We got there stage coach bus on the Island.

Didn't stay but eat and drank in the bar. Food is okay, decent selection of beers. Definitely good ambience with a nice crowd of drinkers.

Popped in during our stay in Arran. Was probably the best meal we had during our time on the island. We were met with a friendly greeting, and asked about having some food. Advised that the kitchen wasn’t opened just yet but we could wait. After we sat down, they even offered to take our food order straight away despite the kitchen not being open for ~5/10 minutes. The food itself was very classic comfort pub food and had been exactly what we wanted. Generous portion sizes and we were both too full for any desserts. Service was warm and attentive from start to end. If you’re looking for a good feed of classic Scottish pub food then I would highly recommend. Perfect after a day of hiking in the cold!

Nice few hours in here. Meal was a bit basic but very pleasant and helpful staff. Wee music quiz to finish the night. Well worth a visit
