My birthday lunch to myself was great yummy food could not fault anything PLEASE SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT!!!! Through these bad times have a yummy delivery to your door before it has to close !!!!!!!!

We usually go twice a year when we are in the area, I have always found the food to my liking. The staff are efficient and friendly (downside for me, is each table visit during the meal is getting called guys). I liked the old photographs and the older music (when they played it) it added to the Italian/new york feel, the newer music does nothing (for me) but times must change. See you next visit.

First time back here for years. Hasn't changed much, still good in many ways. Nice food, fast service and helpful staff. Unfortunately I had to mark it down to 4* due to the price, £10.99 for Fish, chips and garden peas (no option for mushy peas). Last week I got the same meal (with choice between garden/mushy peas) in a gastro pub for just £5.49, I could also have chosen a jumbo size fish for extra £1.50 (£7 total!).
In a nutshell, way overpriced for what you get. Sorry to say.

Just had dinner at Frankie n Benny’s for the first time using Meerkat promotion. We were so well looked after even though the restaurant was extremely busy. Louise our waiter was amazing! Totally professional, attentive and friendly. He made us feel like we were his only diners even though he was waiting on half a dozen other tables in the same super way!

Arrived early but it was not a problem. Staff made us feel very welcome. Our waiter was Louis who was very attentive, he made us feel comfortable. My grandson was a bit unsettled and Louis found the time to make him smile, giving him crayons and high fives. Louis along with your other staff is a credit to your organisation

Came for a meal with my partner, the food was great and services was even better, felt really welcomed by the team and mainly our server/waiter louis who was a pleasure to be around. I Hope your paying this guy well as he is an asset to your company.

Welcomed at the door as soon as we walked in. Very friendly staff. Our waiter, Louis, was great. He made us feel welcome and was quite entertaining and flamboyant. Came across as a nice bloke with lots of enthusiasm. He is a credit to the place. The food was lovely too and served quickly. My wife and I did the 2for1 meerkat deal and it was well worth it. Will be going back.

Went to celebrate our daughters birthday. The food was great and Louie the waiter was brilliant, he made a big fuss over our daughter and was good fun! He was clearly run off his feet but made the time for great customer service well done!

I have just had a delicious steak and chips onion and tomato meal. Beautifully cooked.
Most importantly I met Louis who is a brilliant charismatic happy friendly staff member.,
Everyone should meet him. So positive and so so good at his job.
Will definitely come back and eat here again.
Music brilliant too.

Fantastic service from Louis (have a fab time in Australia!) Who not only ensured we had everything we needed to eat and drink but kept us entertained with his infectious character.
Food was good quality and served hot. The wait wasn't too long either.
Some good deals to be had with the set menu but we had a taste card which meant buy one get one free on everything!
Plenty to choose from the menu!
