Miller & Carter Steakhouse

We had the most wonderful meal as a family with fantastic service from Erica. In so many places nowadays customer service seems to have died a death. However, at Miller and Carter Bromley, nothing is ever too much trouble and the food is always top quality. Staff are polite and friendly, especially Erica today who took the time to engage with our two children and make our meal as special as possible. Thank you!

the food was absolutely amazing and was stuffed by the end of it.The portions were perfect and the service amazing, Erica was our server and so nice and even brought me a free desert for my 16 birthday. The atmosphere was so welcoming and felt like home. What a great experience and hopefully I will be coming back again.

My dining experience at Miller and Carter was elevated to a whole new level thanks to our server, Erica. Her exceptional service and warm personality truly made our visit memorable. From the moment we sat down, Erica was attentive and made sure we felt right at home. She had an impressive knowledge of the menu, which helped us make some fantastic choices. Throughout the meal, she was quick to accommodate our requests and ensured our drinks were never empty. Her genuine enthusiasm and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident in every interaction. Erica's presence truly added to the overall enjoyment of our evening, and I can't praise her enough for her outstanding service. I will undoubtedly return to Miller and Carter, hoping to have the pleasure of being served by Erica again.

Firstly,We calibrated my father's 80th birthday. My sister made the booking for 20 covers. Miller & Carter were very accommodating and arranged a part of the restaurant suitable for us. Lauren W. Was our waitress she did an amazing job caring and doing a top-class effort to make our experience special she's a great asset to the restaurant. How did she cope with our complex orders so professional BIG thanks Laraun 😊. The food was fantastic and cooked the way we wanted and well presented. The staff are very patient and great at explaining the menu. The bill was £886.38 all in which I thought was good considering there were 20 of us. We'd pay much more if we went to Central London. I'd like to thank the whole team and Bromley Miller & Cater. Just one comment I think the toilets need regular inspections as we found lots of water on the floor and slightly messy. Maybe it was exceptionally busy, and they couldn't get round to looking, but still, I'll be going again, and I highly recommend this restaurant go with confidence.

Enjoyed our meal here, food was exceptional, only a couple of things wrong thou the server mixed our steaks up so i got my wife's steak and she got mine 😔 plus they need to come up with a way to take away the creme de brulee dessert as my wife wanted this but could not 😔 and the toilets need to be cheaked more often especially on a saturday night. And on when booking the table i noted it was my wife's birthday but no recognition of this thoughout the evening. A lovely restaurant but pricey.

Very nice American style steakhouse. We had a Mother’s Day celebration here today. My wife sirloin steak was delicious. My Rump steak was a bit chewy side. The chips and veggies of lettuce were very nice. We love the onion gratin. We like the restaurant environment and the service in the restaurant was very good. If you download the app, you will get a free Prosecco and if you collect for visit of stamps, you will get a discount. There are loads of parking spaces on side.
