My son had an absolutely brilliant time for his surprise birthday family party at St Marks… Tomaso and Elvira made sure that everyone was well taken care of, and they went above and beyond with service, friendliness and care.
The food was delicious and they were patient with our large groups order… even helping in serving our own cake instead of us ordering pudding. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a lovely time and great memories for my son 😊

Fabulous food, fast service. We dined at about 5pm on a Saturday, so was a bit quieter, but nice table in front on the window for myself and 2 daughters.

I booked a table at Pizza Express recently, citing four people in the booking. We had to add another person at the last moment, this was no problem for the staff who accommodated us from the moment we arrived. They made great recommendations for us, serving us quickly and making us feel at home. The restaurant was very busy with couples and families who were clearly enjoying themselves - the staff managed all of this efficiently. The managers took time to check if we were happy with the service and the food. The ambience was lively and just what we wanted and I was happy that the cleanliness of the restaurant was very good. We had a very enjoyable experience and have already booked to come back - I think this will be our go to choice when we want a reliable local pizzeria with staff who are interested and engaged!

I took my class of 30 6/7 year olds here for a school trip. The staff were amazing and the children had so much fun. The highlight was coming away with a pizza each! The restaurant was clean and spacious. Thank you so much.

Now I haven't been to a pizza restaurant in at least 20 years, so thought...why not give it a go...so we did.
Okay, pizza's aren't exactly Haute cuisine and are not complicated to make but you can make them stodgy and tasteless or full of flavour and yummy.
I had a the Romana Spicy Guiseppe, which was huge and indeed full of flavour. My wife had the same but in the classic version. We were more than happy with our choices.
Mia the most excellent waitress, who I can't recommend enough, allowed us to have a taster of one of the wines and my wife lost as my choice was better...🤣 Which means that for a pizza restaurant, their choices of wine were good.
Will definitely go back sometime and again, three cheers for Mia the most friendly of waitresses.

Very nice, classy restaurant and feel. Our waiter was very nice and helpful, well deserved his tip. The vegetarian options are tasty and varied, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Pizza Express accepts the Meerkat Meal 2 for 1 which makes it a bargain to dine any time Sunday to Thursday!
