After waiting for around 20 mins for a table even though we could see quite a few empty tables and uncleared tables, we were finally seated. However after that the service was good. Our orders were taken immediately and the food arrived soon too. We had the eggs benedict and the Carluccio's breakfast magnifica which is eggs (as you like them) served on toasted Italian bread with sausage, mushroom, tomato, crispy pancetta and juice and tea or coffee. A nice brunch option
Was served by a lovely waiter by the name of vasilios. Our group wasn't sure what we wanted from the menu, but he took the time to explain to us each item we was interested in.
Tried the cod with lentils but tasted rather watery as if it was not stored properly, they offered an exchange for another meal.
Overall the service was lovely with a great atmosphere.
Staff friendly, was clean and calm. But breakfast and coffee was a let down. Just low quality produce and prep.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance for a mall place. The prices are reasonable, selection is broad enough. I had the Chicken Milanese and it was nicely presented with a proper salad with a creamy dressing, which I liked. My partner had the pesto risotto, which he said was a good. The service was attentive. Dessert was nice.
It won't become our favorite restaurant, but it makes a nice change.
Love it here! Had a wonderful lunch for my colleagues Birthday and have visited with my friend and her new born baby. Food is great and the service is very attentive. They are very child friendly. Will be returning again this month. Highly recommend

Came here for breakfast, the staff are nice, the food was certainly a different take on a what would be classes a traditional English breakfast. I found the pancetta way too salty. The option of additional avocado was near freezing temperature. However, overall the experience was very pleasant and rest of the food was enjoyable. I would come back.
I had a lovely meal with Mum and I had a prawn and mussel linguine with garlic bread. The meal came in a tomato sauce but I don’t like tomatoes so the chef done it in white wine for me and it was AMAZING!!! Really nice restaurant, will definitely be going back.
I was astonished to see that Carluccio's in Bromley had such bad ratings. They must have taken action because when I visited a week ago we had a 5 star experience!
Tamas, "our" friendly and cheerful waiter took us to a table straight away and, on request, gave us excellent advice on the choice of menu. He checked on us several times during our stay.
The food was delicious and fresh and everything was very clean.
I certainly will be back soon!
Delicious. Had the lasagne. We were there for a couple of hours chatting. Staff on hand if you want anything but no one pestered us. Very refreshing. Will defo go again. We went on a Wednesday lunchtime.
I drink my coffee black and they do the best coffee, it's so good. Food is consistently lovely. Love getting breakfast here. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
