Creams Cafe Bromley

Recently been to Creams Bromley and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectation. I can confidently say it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The presentation of the dessert was a work of art. The taste was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness that wasn't overwhelming. The service I received there was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had and provide recommendations based on my preferences. Me personally recommend their Hot and Cold Volcano Sundae and Creams-a-Tella Waffle and shake as a must try. The ambience of the cafe was cosy and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere. I left with a smile on my face and a longing to return for more.

Good food but the service was a little bit pushy? I ordered a waffle with only sauce and fruit slices and the waiter asked me what ice cream i wanted, i didn’t want ice cream as you have to pay extra and he recommended a random flavour and made it out like the system wouldn’t let you order without ice cream? I feel like you should just double check with people beforehand rather than straight up ask them ‘oh but what ice cream do you want’ because i lowkey felt like he was upselling. Also, he kept asking us if we wanted anything else, but OVER AND OVER not just once after the food was brought over which made us feel a bit uncomfortable but other than that, tasty food and good vegan options!

Waffles were super yummy!! Didn't really need all the toppings, they were great just by them themselves. Interesting how much they use soft serve ice cream in their menu items despite being a gelato place. Some of the tables are a bit close. Staff were friendly and efficient. Surprised there is no table service, despite having to wait to be seated. Great place for a sugary treat. Caters to a younger crowd/market.
