First time I have ordered from Something Fishy. Very polite and patient on the phone while I placed my order to be delivered later in the day. Order arrived on time and the best piece of fish I have had in a long time, very good value for money, will definitely be ordering again.

A nice fish and chip shop, that we have used a few times. They can get a little busy so might be worth calling up before you collect as sometimes there’s a little wait.

I love this chippy. The oil is so clean that every portion is just tasty. They have 3 sizes of chip portions which helps if you are a larger eater like my hubby or a small one like myself. The fish.... Wow.... is fresh, crispy and worth the £7+ for it unlike nearby shops who charge the earth. I have never returned to another shop as I do with this one. Try it. You won't regret it. I bought food for 4 of us and it was under 15 squid.

Will definitely be returning frequently in the future. Staff were extremely polite and helpful as well as making all customers feel welcome and attended too. Presentation was amazing let alone the crispy outside and fresh flavourful fish! Chips were also crispy while soft on the inside and i could not ask for anything different!!

This place is amazing! Staff are lovely and welcoming. I haven't been here since the change of ownership but it has changed drastically for the better! The fish is fresh and crispy and the chips are light and fluffy. It's all you can ask from a traditional chippy! Delivery's are quick and the driver is the nicest you'll ever meet. A real community.

I tried the fish bites 🤩 and loved them 🤩 got also mozzarella sticks and chips 🍟. The food wasn't oily. Staff nice and friendly with smile which is also important for me.

Rare to find a dedicated chippy these days and I really liked my fish. I popped in just to get a fish to takeaway but saw they had seats so sat in on a Saturday evening around 4pm. They brought it out on a plate with proper cutlery and it was all fresh and delicious. I'll be back soon for a full family meal. Fish probably big enough to share.
