Nicely laid out and well lit ground floor and food hall. Isles are not cluttered with nice amount of space to move around sections without bumping into other people or knocking products off shelves or hangers.
Foodhall has a good selection of food items with luxury packaging for gifting. One snag, have more self check out tills in the food hall that take both cash and card please.

Well well what to say about Bromley M&S? It's absolutely great, excellent place, staff all whiling to help, amazing variety of clothes, home, food etc and the cherry on top of the cake...the best air conditioning temperature inside the shopping while you have time to make decisions. Leslean and Kelly from the Bromley Branch went above and beyond for me trying to get a Bee cushion that was out of stock in the whole country!! Neither ladies worked in the homes department but ran around the entire store and found me what I'd driven 50 miles to look for. Both ladies were so kind, polite and in my opinion exceptional employees. A credit to Marks and Spencer. Because of these two ladies I will always be coming back to the Bromley Store. Exceptional. Highly recommend a visit.

We visit Bromley every month for a week , We always go to Marks & Spencer for out breakfast, lunch and the ingrediente for our dinner too . The shop is multi level floors with an escalator and lifts in strategic areas, It is accessible through the high street and the Shopping centre.

I shop here so much more than I did 10 years ago. Their food is mostly excellent though pricey, their clothes are mixed, some superb, others a little tacky and highly expensive but the sale has some great bargains. I love some of their homeward, scented candles , accessories. Staff are mixed. Mosty helpful though.

Great place to find almost anything that comes to your mind. The pastry/bread section it is absolutely on point. Sometimes the staff can be a bit not friendly but there are some who can stand for the rest.
