First time at this Pie shop today. Had a takeaway and it was really lovely. starting from the lady that served me who was very friendly. The Pies were lovely and the liquor was spot on, will be returning very soon.
Absolutely spot on traditional pie mash and liquor with top service from such a nice fella. Definitely highly recommend. It was so good I will be taking some back up north
An old piece of London heritage can be found here ! I felt like I was back in the east end or south London with the marble tables and bench seats . Well done to the people who designed the shop . The food was also good without being standout . The acid test is would I go back ? And the answer is yes
Amazingly good! Had been craving a good old fashioned pie & mash, and this place hit the spot. Will definitely be going back for more.
Visited yesterday for the Wrexham game. Bowled over by this place. Yusuf, who served us, was incrediy attentive and welcoming. What a lovely bloke. Food was extraordinarily good and very good value.
Everyone seems to know each other and the puntera call each other things like "me old son." It's like stepping back in time - in a good way. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
Finally found a proper pie n mash shop at last. Food was lovely, stewed eels were to die for. Cheerful owners made it a nice afternoon, definitely be back.

Me, my mum and my nan and grandad visited Cockney's of Bromley today after my grandad telling me it's the best pie and mash shop in the area, turns out he was right! Not only was the pie and mash delicious, Yousef and his wife were so accommodating and welcoming! As soon as we entered, we felt part of the family! Yousef and his wife came and spoke to us and we noticed that everyone that entered was greeted with the same warm welcome! It wasn't just a quick lunch, it felt like so much more than that, like visiting an old friend even though we had never met! If you love a bit of banter and a trip down memory lane, then I cannot recommend this place enough!

The food was delicious,the pies, mash and liquor all made to the traditional recipe, how do I know? because the governor told me! now not all Pie & Mash shops are created equal and this is one of the best I've been to.
The staff here certainly go the extra mile,very welcoming and even offered us extra liquor and tea and coffee top ups,if you love your Pie & Mash and a bit of friendly banter you will love this place.
very good pie & mash, could do a little less pepper in the pies but good all round traditional p&m, I have never known a shop that offers unlimited liquor. prices a little higher than what you pay in East London but its the real deal. Pie and Mash shops are not usually noted for great service from their staff, not here. I have never seen such enthusiastic owners that are proud of their products and have taken their time to learn the history of pie and mash.
Best pie and mash, lovely cuppa too.
