Staff were extremely friendly. Helped get us a nice comfortable seat. They spent time going over the menu with us, informing us of any switches we can make. My husband got the jerk chicken burger, recommended by the staff, which he loved. Staff seemed as though they would always go above and beyond, which was comforting. Great place to go for lunch/ dinner in Bromley.
Always a great tasty burger to be had from GBK. The service here was good too, the ladies were lovely and accommodating. Would definitely return to this site again as, the Fulham Broadway and Dulwich branches are far out from where I am now.
Came with the family after going to see the Christmas lights. The restaurant was very busy and there wasn’t much staff on so had to wait a little while for service, didn’t mind however as the food was great and well worth the wait.

Had a birthday party at GBK. Seated at a big table. Service was great even helped us with a cake cutting etc.
One of the best burger I had in long time and chunky fries are fantastic!!! I would recommend this place every day. Much better than 5guys !!!
Lovely food. Quick service, even turned the Aircon off for us. We will be back.

Really really enjoyed the food. And the speed at which it was served.
Downside. The chap that served us couldn’t smile if we gave him a £50 tip.
Two starters were served. We had to ask for side plates to eat on.
The burgers. Although lovely. Were brought over just as we had started our starters. Not a big deal. But just saying.
Other than the minor gripes the food was very good. Compliments to the chef on duty.
As always they've kept standards high and customer service was top quality. I ordered the Panko chicken Kiwi burger and Habanero with chips and onion rings. Also I ordered a Oreos milkshake which I asked the chap to make last so that it stays cold and fresh as I can't eat/drink until a certain time, he was a top geezer and made sure it was made last. Food tasted on point with zero complaints. The branch itself is very nice and decorated like the chain. Location is Good, parking is free on single yellow outside the shop after 1830 or you can park in the shopping centre car park which is £1.20 an hour.
Favourite spot for burgers in Bromley, typically for takeout.
Only real down point is they don't tend to have my favourites stocked regularly, their onion rings are great but I've only gotten them once as every other attempt they're out.
Price range is pretty good for the size and contents, specials are good too. Service is usually pretty hands off once you have made your order, depending on who you are, you may prefer that or not, I tend to prefer it.
Great burgers which are lovely to taste and premium in pricing.
So it's a nice change from the other chains.
Salted caramel milkshake was NOT nice!
