Nice decor and atmosphere. Only downsize, had the fixed price lunch menu and when ordering sweet, was told the apple pie was not available. As I did not want the other 2 items on the menu I asked what was replacing the apple pie, was told nothing. If items are unavailable on a small choice fixed menu there surely should be a replacement. I would have chosen a starter if I had known. What at 1st seemed good value ended up as an expensive main course.

Tash was our server and she was brilliant .She was very helpful and polite such an asset to Miller and Carter . We told them on arrival it was our first wedding anniversary and they came out at the end with a plate and in chocolate was " happy anniversary " Definitely will be returning to this miller and Carter 💙

Lovely from start to finish. Easily booked a table for a birthday treat on a Friday evening. Lovely atmosphere on arrival - clean, calm & welcoming. We were sat quickly and our waitress grabbed our drinks order straight away. Kirsty was brill throughout and checked on us, without being overbearing. Friendly chatty and helpful. The food was delicious with hardly any wait time. A steak for him and seabass for me - beautiful! All cooked to perfection 🥰

Absolutely beautiful place. Went there for my birthday lunch today and was given wonderful service from the lovely Becki from the moment we sat down until the moment we left. The food was absolutely incredible. Myself and my husband shared the butchers block, which is 3 types of steak with ribs. Absolutely stunning and cooked to perfection. Sides were beautiful too. We couldn't fault a thing about it. And the cocktails... 🍹🤤 It was my birthday so I had to try them, but seeing as it was only 1pm, I just had the 4! They looked and tasted absolutely amazing. The only thing that I didn't like was the paper straws as they went soggy and closed up so I got through a few of those. I completely understand the reasons for moving from plastic straws, but there are now lots of compostable and biodegradable alternatives out there, which would've been a lot handier and nicer to drink from than paper. Nevertheless, this was by far the best meal I've ever eaten and the best dining experience I've ever had at a restaurant, without a doubt. I can't stop thinking about it and am actually tempted to go back for my tea! Definitely booking our anniversary meal there. I can't wait to return.
