The building is very nice, well maintained and the interior creates a pleasant atmosphere. The playground and parking facilities are convenient.

We had a lovely meal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I thought the sausage and mash came with veg so didn't order any, but the meal was very tasty. Thank you, will definitely be seeing us again.

The quality of the service, food , drink and ambiance were all first class. We choose this Inn because it has excellent facilities both inside and out. We are always welcomed a even though we only visit every other month but we will not change to another venue while The Swan offers such a high standard of experience.

Lovely pub. Both myself, and my wife have been passed a few times, but never been in.

Only visited for a drink and not food, hence the 4 stars. As it was Saturday evening, we had to wait a little to get a seat, but it was busy in a nice way. Lovely surroundings and the bar staff were spot on.

We had my father in law’s 80th birthday here. There were 19 of us. We were very impressed, the food was beautifully presented and delicious, came out all together and was hot, no mean feat for a group of 19! Lauren was our waitress and she was efficient, calm and pleasant all the way through. She was helpful with bringing out the cake at the right time and liaising with us so it was a surprise. All the staff were helpful and we want to thank them for making it such a lovely evening.

Everything was fine apart from my steak. I ordered medium but it was probably rare as the blood was running in it. I did report this and I wasn't charged for my sweet. We have been coming to the Swan for many years and this experience will not on us off.

Great menu, excellent quality food, friendly service. The table offered met the accessibility needs we'd specified when ordering, and we really appreciated the care shown. The service was friendly and very responsive without pressuring us. We're looking forward to our next visit - if we lived closer than 2 hours' drive away, we'd come much more often!

Asked for no ice but one drink had ice in it, quickly rectified. Staff were friendly and food was lovely however the cod was large and I wonder if it would be a good idea to offer a smaller portion to those who have a smaller appetite. It’s a shame to waste such lovely food
