Absolutely nothing wrong with this Costa :) friendly staff and a good cup of coffee. Very generous sizing. Ordered a medium and it was laaarge which obviously is a good thing as I know now to go with small next time. Got there around 8:30 on a Tuesday, not a long wait and got my coffee. The place was relatively empty as everyone was coming in for the coffee on the go. Clean toilets and plenty of seating. Went past again around 10am and it was looking much busier, but still had plenty of seating available.

Great little Costa in the middle of Bromsgrove high street. Plenty of seating. It's surprisingly a very busy place (lots of 2 go's going on while I was here 12-1). Keeps up to the usual Costa standards. Clean, tidy and presentable. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Felt no pressure to rush my latte. Working o2 WiFi. Bonus for laptops and phones.

First visit to a Costa in some time, hard working young girl serving customers, preparing food and drinks by herself. We waited about 10 mins to be served 3rd in a queue as she appeared to be lone working. The assistant was doing her best, once she taken our order, having been in the cafe for approx. 15 minutes a second colleague appeared but only to clear tables. Food and coffee was usual standard but well done to young staff member who was holding down the fort.

Like all Costa coffee shops it's comfortable, air conditioned, and reliably on the more expensive side,... But that being said, unless you go to Mcdonalds for a cheap coffee, that is standard stuff in coffee shops,.. and everything is expensive nowadays anyway, so... What are you going to do? Decent coffee, friendly staff, all fine really

By far the best coffee shop in Bromsgrove. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The shop is clean and the food and drinks are expertly prepared. It can get busy on a Saturday lunch time, making it hard to find a seat but at other times you can sit for hours with a good book and just relax. Costa brands themselves as the nation's favourite coffee shop and I can't argue with that, I've never been in a bad one. Yes they are the same all over, but it's the consistency and quality that appeals to me.

I am a fan of Costa Coffee, it's my favourite coffee shop. They make great lunch deals there and they make the best toasties there. Usually when I visit there I go for a cappuccino for a drink, a ham & bacon toasties and a millionaire shortbread. Some times I have a skinny latte for a change. The coffee they make are the best, and I really like the toasties they make. They are to die for. And the millionaire shortbread are the best. If you are looking for really good place to have lunch or brunch I recommend going to Costa Coffee if you like a good cup of java! (That was a reference for a program to create websites)

Often busy but I have always been able to get a seat. A comfortable coffee shop where you are guaranteed a decent cup of coffee and with a Costa club card the occasional one is free.

Always find this Costa the best around these parts, coffee tastes nicer than the one in Longbridge, perhaps because it seems cleaner ?? Or perhaps staff are friendly, or perhaps it's just the way they make it, I dunno, but a nice joint anyhow!

Wonderful staff. Coffee machine broken. No-one noticing all the signs up and moaning at the till but the staff still smiling and polite. All ways clean and comfortable
