Visited the Falcon today (16/12/25) for lunch. It our third visit to this Hotel this year, the premises was recommend to us from a very good friend who told us of the wonderful food, great ales and excellent staff. And on our first visit …
Stayed when attending a local wedding. Staff were incredible for the whole stay, checking me in early and even helping out with parking in the car park when it was busy. Very generous single room with a lovely comfy bed. Beautiful hotel full of character and the breakfast in the morning definitely didn’t disappoint!
Stayed for one night on a motorcycle ride to Wales and went for the basic single room. Comfy bed with ensuite, off road private car park, courtyard and lovely friendly staff. Food was great - especially their own home made fresh bread. Happily stay again.
Had a meal in the restaurant. 3 of us. Roast beef, shin of beef and roast pork. Food was perfect. Ample portions. Great value, and service. Fresh flowers on tables and locally made bread. Puddings were also homemade and generous.
Ate twice here while on holiday in the area and was lovely ,the food was excellent and very good value and all the staff we encountered were friendly and polite
Had a meal here, food was excellent all homemade, including bread, ice cream etc staff were friendly and attentive. Could not recommend enough. The lounge area is also dog friendly too
