Service was quick and polite.
Toilets were filthy as usual. Fire doors wedged open presenting a fire safety risk, tables uncleared.
However at least the food was ok.
This Costa is very disappointing. The toilets are always dirty, so much that I’d rather go to the nearby M&S instead. The outdoor area is messy with untidy tables and chairs. Compared to the Costa in Waltham Abbey, this branch is much worse. Staff are also rude and unprofessional
