Small and friendly but it closed on July 7th as Campbell the landlord has retired at age 75. Needs a new owner.

We visited this pub on Saturday and Sunday and it lived up to its reviews. Sadly, Campbell, the proprietor is retiring and no one has shown an interest in taking over. I was privileged to be there on the last night to enjoy the to enjoy the wonderful service and warm welcome from the regulars who are gutted to lose their favourite bar.
Happy Retirement to Campbell and I hope it wont be too long before it re opens.

Pub and host till going strong. Cracking local pub. Hopefully someone will buy it and continue the great atmosphere. It would be a loss to the village if it closes. We always visit on our trips to Cullen, it's where I learned to drink gin!
