Beefeater Buckingham

Great time. Was half eight and everywhere was closing and they just sat us down and got us drinks. Food order was complicated but they got it all right, and it came really quickly too. Our server Katie was amazing. Friendly, courteous and speedy delivery. Also had other customers to look after. The staff seem to enjoy their work and I will be returning if I'm near and hungry.

Great service we were stopping at the Premier Inn visiting for a car event, had booked a table for 10 and requested to add a further 2 people last minute with no issues, staff lovely especially our waitress she was brilliant 👏🏼 😃 Food was nice all of our food came out at the same time. We will be back next year! Thank you

Delicious food, the 74 bbq burger was delicious. Beefeaters home made sauces are lovely, priced reasonably and staff are extremely friendly. We stayed at the premier inn next door, which told us that all premier inn guests had a 3 courses for £17.99 deal every day. Sunday night we had our meal and we was told it wasn’t possible, shame as it seems like communication between the two isn’t great! Overall, worth a trip but it’s nothing special.

This was our second time returning to beefeater. Although little one didn’t like kiddies tomato pasta today, as it had too much sauce and pasta was soggy. However, the manager was very apologetic and offered something instead. The rest of the food was amazing and tasty. I love my food, but also can be fussy if food doesn’t taste fresh. I have been to other beefeaters in the past and food or staff have not been great. The Buckingham staff were amazing, smiley, the kids were entertained with plenty of colouring in both times (hence our return for the second time). Especially today girls loved colouring in the crowns not just for us but also for the staff members. Keep the amazing work. (Yes the service has taken around 2 hours, with drinks, starter, main course and a deserts. Considering it being 3 course meal and both times we came to enjoy our meal rather than scoff it down we were happy with the time it took). From placing our order, our first plate was out within 15 min. How my kids described the place: The best food, place, people and customer service (aged 12 and 9).
