This was our second time returning to beefeater. Although little one didn’t like kiddies tomato pasta today, as it had too much sauce and pasta was soggy. However, the manager was very apologetic and offered something instead. The rest of the food was amazing and tasty. I love my food, but also can be fussy if food doesn’t taste fresh. I have been to other beefeaters in the past and food or staff have not been great. The Buckingham staff were amazing, smiley, the kids were entertained with plenty of colouring in both times (hence our return for the second time). Especially today girls loved colouring in the crowns not just for us but also for the staff members. Keep the amazing work. (Yes the service has taken around 2 hours, with drinks, starter, main course and a deserts. Considering it being 3 course meal and both times we came to enjoy our meal rather than scoff it down we were happy with the time it took). From placing our order, our first plate was out within 15 min. How my kids described the place: The best food, place, people and customer service (aged 12 and 9).
Marked low for atmosphere, could have marked even lower but the serving staff were lovely so rescued a bit there. The management need some training in team work and learn where, when and how you sort out problems in a business that deals with people. Once again a big thank you to the serving staff.
We had a lovely meal. Our waitress was attentive.She had a smile on her face all the time. Even when it started to get busy, she came over to ask if everything was OK. Really good service. Keep smiling Yvonne.
