Ordered a takeaway caramel macchiato. The first member of staff was polite, but the barista making the drink looked a.misetable as sin, and the coffee was more foam than latte. To top it all, it's probably the highest price I've paid for …
Colin first thing this morning made our day a better day. The service he gave was exceptional, such a friendly and professional person. Loved our breakfast

Lovely building, but the barista rolled her eyes when I said the drink order was not what I'd requested. Both drinks were extremely weak and tasted of very little. Wouldn't recommend.
Beautiful interior. Definitely worth visiting and unjustifiably empty. Great place for a stopover between Cheltenham and Oxford.
The young staff that served me were very rude and mocked me for the order I made. Which was also reflected in their batista skills as my coffee was flat, flavourless and burnt
