The two members of staff on shift today were amazing! Dealing with a large amount of customers! I didn't get their names but a younger girl with curly light brown hair and a younge man with dark brown hair! Couldn't praise them enough! Especially when the supervisor on shift was sitting at a table doing nothing.... again I didn't catch a name but a lady in her 30's with dark hair. When the younger staff members asked her to shut the door she just rolled her eyes. Then went on to lecture the other members for counting the safe twice when they said its what they've been told to do previous. Not a very professional conversation to have infront of customers especially from a supervisor. When she finally got up and decided to help she then threw old coffee ground on the poor staffs shoes and didn't apologise. She was rude to me telling me to "get out the way" because I was in the way of her serving the next people, then rolled her eyes again! Not a polite bone in her body! Didn't hear her said please or thank you once! I'm only giving a 5 star because of the two amazing younger staff on shift! 100% the kind of people who should be incharge and thanked for keeping the customers around! I certainly wouldn't go back if it was just the supervisor there!

Good coffee, service a little slow , only 2 staff on, one doing orders for delivery , can't complain though

Caffe Nero is my favourite coffee shop It is always chill . Only problem is they never have food on a Sunday 😞

Great cafe, easy location, easy to find. Gets busy with kids after school but always still a table to sit at. Staff are friendly and happy to accommodate any requests with a smile

Come here regularly- it is a fast paced environment however the staff are always happy to help and it has a great chatty atmosphere. The coffee is gorgeous and is perfect to sip whilst having a long needed catch-up with friends.
It is a bit pricey though, with coffee and cake easily totting up.

Samantha served me on Monday , I had to write a review because she was so friendly and smiling even though she was on her own out front. So nice to see someone with a smile on a Monday in these tough times so thank you 💗
