I've traveled all the way from the USA and always head for a "fish and chip" shop. This one is without doubt, The Best fish and chips in the UK. Everything was cooked to perfection :)

I almost missed out on eating here because I didn't realise they closed for two hours in the afternoon! I had a half hour window between when they re-opened at 4:30pm, and my coach leaving at 5pm. It was worth the risk! I'd seen the good ratings, and after recently having a disappointing seaside fish & chips experience, I wanted to rectify it. I definitely did that, it was absolutely lovely food!

We are on holiday in burnham on sea haven and we thought we try some nice chip shop off site as the chip not best. We came across this one and the chip was so nice that we will be coming here again when next on holiday this way. I wish they did delivery 🚚 We order our online and pick up.

Decent little place for a quick bite of fish and chips. Friendly staff. Small chippy with a small table bar inside with 6 seats and a few picnic benches outside. Food was delicious. We ordered the fish platter so had a bit of everything. We shared this between two and was more than enough we actually had chips leftover so took the rest home. We ate inside by the window bar but was quite tight and not enough leg room. There is also a sink that customers can use to wash hands.

As a cyclist I struggle to find good quality fish and chips when visiting places by bike. Being local to the area I've heard great reviews but never tried them. Well this evening while cycling from Bridgwater the hunger pain started so I thought I would try them. I have tested some fish and chips and for many years, I used to say Weymouth was the best place in the Sw , but tonight that changed. The flavour of the food was just amazing and what I expected fish and chips should be. I ordered small fish/chips as I'm on the bike and there was plenty to get me home. The batter was so tasty and light and the fish full of flavour and not fried to an inch of its life so all you taste is oil , the chips OMG the chips were perfecto light crispy but full of flavour. This will be my future chippy when I fancy them as my locals at Bridgwater come no where close to the quality of food I had was outstanding. Well done to the owners outstanding fish and chips and not over priced like some chips shops I know off.???

This is my favourite chippy in the area, I come from a small village between Bridgwater and Street just off the A39. I happily travel to Brit chips when I want fish n chips and have done for some time. The chips are always great, not too greasy and cooked to perfection; they are delicious. I usually also have a fish cake and a normal sized sausage, both items are also delicious. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, there is a good system in place for ordering and waiting with some outdoor seating. There is also limited indoor seating available. I always choose to completely take away either enjoying my food on the sea front or taking them home to eat. The menu is decent with plenty of options available, historically I have experienced a bit of a wait from ordering to receiving my food; I have never minded as I believe these are the best fish n chips around. On my latest visit my food was ready extremely quickly, it was just as excellent as usual. Based on my experiences over a few years now I would definitely recommend you give this fish n chip shop a try. I’m willing to bet you won’t regret it!

Lovely fish and chips and friendly service, however we did find a hair in one piece of fish. The large portion of chips wasn't really a large but still very tasty. Parking at the chip shop is limited as its all double yellow lines.

Beautiful Cod and Chips today! Only had the small cod and small chips, but was plenty! Going for the Large before I head home at the end of the week 😃 Great value for money!
