Saw in the paper that these guys won an award for being one of the best fish and chip shops in the country so I popped in to see if it’s true. They didn’t disappoint, I had a large cod and chips and it was the best fish I have had in a while
Nice fish and chips.
Sometimes the chips r very dry l think when kept for a longtime on their warming oven.
Staff are friendly and l like the cleanliness too.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of our patronage of the Burnham chippy. We came down south from Manchester and I can assure you this is the best chippy we have ever frequented. Google does not allow 6 stars, shame, best by a mile!

Definately the best cod about...they even cook the cod in separate oil if you ask if u are vegetarian or eat halal food....service is second to none and the condiments are of high quality too a+++
Dropped in to get Fish and chips and great food very tasty and they are very friendly. So will definitely be going back .parking was fine on the road outside .

Everything was so fresh tasting. Good size portion and great customer service. Visiting from Canada. Looking forward to our next trip over and definately will stop in again. Sooooo good 😋
Wow!! What an amazing meal. Batter light and crispy. Huge portions of lovely chips and the large cod wouldn’t fit on my plate 😂 Lovely staff I will definitely be going here again and recommend as best the in the area.
Consistently tasty food. Been a while since I’ve ordered from here, but food is still on point. The cod breaded in panko is the best fish I’ve had!! Great service and quality!
