Lovely clean family run establishment.
Food always fresh and many things cooked to order.
Their homemade tartar sauce is amazing.
Saw in the paper that these guys won an award for being one of the best fish and chip shops in the country so I popped in to see if it’s true. They didn’t disappoint, I had a large cod and chips and it was the best fish I have had in a while
Nice fish and chips.
Sometimes the chips r very dry l think when kept for a longtime on their warming oven.
Staff are friendly and l like the cleanliness too.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of our patronage of the Burnham chippy. We came down south from Manchester and I can assure you this is the best chippy we have ever frequented. Google does not allow 6 stars, shame, best by a mile!

Definately the best cod about...they even cook the cod in separate oil if you ask if u are vegetarian or eat halal food....service is second to none and the condiments are of high quality too a+++
Dropped in to get Fish and chips and great food very tasty and they are very friendly. So will definitely be going back .parking was fine on the road outside .

Everything was so fresh tasting. Good size portion and great customer service. Visiting from Canada. Looking forward to our next trip over and definately will stop in again. Sooooo good 😋
Wow!! What an amazing meal. Batter light and crispy. Huge portions of lovely chips and the large cod wouldn’t fit on my plate 😂 Lovely staff I will definitely be going here again and recommend as best the in the area.
Consistently tasty food. Been a while since I’ve ordered from here, but food is still on point. The cod breaded in panko is the best fish I’ve had!! Great service and quality!
Probably the best chippy we’ve had. It’s clean, incredibly efficient and decent portion sizes. Even though the queue can be long (which is always a good sign) the employees were getting our orders in before we even got to the till. We don’t go anywhere else now!

Bought food (portions of chips) for the first time at this place and my goodness the chips were some of the best I have had for a while - tasted fresh, no smell of dirty oil and they had a high potato content so they were clearly of top quality and not some cheap rubbish…will definitely return!
Tried this fish shop purely on reviews as we had to drive quite a way. It was so worth it the Cod was beautiful and the Spam fritter took me back years. Best fish and chips we have had in many years, will be going back but really would like the owner to open a new shop in Bracknell.
The best place for fish and chipsin the area! Always consistant! Lovely family run business, friendly atmosphere, top food. Never too oily or undercooked, their house chilli sauce is so tasty. Overall we never get fish and chips form anywhere else!
Love this place! Chips are just yummy - not dry like some other places. Portion size is good and with a large cod one regular portion is enough for two unless you are super hungry! The fish (cod) is divine - moist and delicate. Not really a criticism but when freshly cooked the batter does leave
Best fish and chips in the area. Been going there for years and enjoy it every time! Proper thick cut chips and lovely crispy batter on the fish that is always nice and fresh. Their cod bites are great too and my wife absolutely lives their home made tartare sauce. Highly recommended!!!
