Following on from other reqular visitor comments. Paddy and his team deliver a superb service and second-to-non quality food that in our opinion is the best around. We visit usually on a weekly basis and often judge other restaurants we visit against The New Waggoners quality and service; finding little stacks up!!!.Thank you Paddy and your team.

Had a beautiful meal last night at the New Waggoners with some friends. I couldn’t wait to introduce them to this restaurant that I had recently frequented with my daughter. On both occasions food has been excellent however my review must go out to the staff! Wow! customer service five star nothing was to much trouble for them and Wow!what a happy team they look. Highly recommend

Had an amazing evening with fantastic food. One person in our group wasn't feeling to great and Liza was so compasionate and genuinely helped her out and made sure she was looked after.
All the group had excellent experience with wonderful staff.

Came as a gluten intolerant customer which can be challenging at times. The GF menu here is amazing! So much better than anywhere I've seen. Just wish I could have sampled them all. If you're GF and eating out this is highly recommended.

Really love this place! I’ve been going here since my parents used to take us years ago and it really is special. There’s a really good atmosphere, the Staff are amazing, the location is unbeatable and the food is unwaveringly amazing every time. You can get Breakfast here and there are picnic-style tables outside for fine weather days. The views from here are breathtakingly beautiful. There’s a massive Car Park. It’s wheelchair/ disabled friendly. It’s a brilliant base for beautiful walks or cycling nearby.

Lovely afternoon meal. Place was very busy but still managed to get a table without booking. The serving staff had a smile and a nice word for everyone. Food was tasty, very large portion and piping hot. Nice variety of dishes on the menu so plenty to choose from. Highly recommended.

Was very warm on last few visits quite stuffy. The food was good I've never had a bed meal from here. The staff are pleasant and never have a problem trying to fit you in amd help any way they can.

Always great coming here. The food is proper home cooked pub grub, big portions and it has beautiful views of the Lancashire countryside and the staff are lovely and friendly. Love going here on a Sunday after church. Perfect day. Would highly recommend the lasagne it's so nice 🙂👍🏻

First visit here for dinner, walk-in not booked, promptly approached sat down at our table. There was parking available even though very busy inside, lot's of staff busy working. Comfortable atmosphere, I had the 'Whale' Fish/chips/mushy peas & Terry's Choc orange gateau with icecream, both meals were lovely, fish was cooked to perfection & yes I'd not eaten all day, therefore surprised myself finished the lot & room still for pudding😂. The staff ask if you have any food allergies, many vegetarian options, staff were great with customer service & attentive, friendly even whilst busy, respectful. The meals are a little more pricier than some venues I've visited for dinner, but the food is quality & large portions, there's also a nice bar area just for drinks, also family friendly/Celebrations many take place here, all in all a great experience, & I'll be back 😀.
