Arrived with no reservation but managed to find us a table. Roaring fires. Sunday lunch menu. Welcomed, taken to table. Cheese and onion pie gorgeous. My mash on the cool side... shame as otherwise a good experience. Black Sheep beer enjoyed. Good machine lets you add tip. Dogs in pub.
Food was absolutely to die for. Really can’t fault it. Having said that, the two young waitresses clearly need more training - we weren’t even offered dessert. Other staff members were really helpful though.
You must go to the Ram. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly welcoming and dedicated. The bar prices are really good with a wide selection of beers and wines. I had the duck last night and it was to die for. Well done for turning this pub around 🤩 …
Went recently and the food was very tasty. Service took an hour for them to bring our food out and had to ask them where it was in which they were very helpful and brought it out not long after. Staff are very friendly.

Had lunch today having not been since Oliver took over. Its a very welcoming atmosphere. Service was very good. I had the Cornish Cod and my friend had Cheese and Onion pie. Delicious. Faultless. We will return.
