To be honest, I don’t know where to start! Firstly, the customer service we received from booking them, all the way through to the actual event was really great, helpful with all my questions and were in contact to ensure all was going to plan. They turned up when expected and were really friendly and just got on with setting up happily. We ordered a hog roast with stuffing and a vegan option of halloumi and veg skewers, with sweet potato fries and salad/coleslaw as a side for 100 people ... it was absolutely incredible, I cannot even begin to describe how good, everyone kept coming up to me saying how amazing it was. The staff happily left us the remainder of the food that wasn't consumed and this was gone pretty much within the hour after the staff left the event as people just couldn’t get enough of it! On top of that, the staff were so great, happily chatting away to us and overall just had a really good vibe! I will happily be recommending Spitting Pig to anyone that needs catering!
Craig and his colleague provided a professional and friendly service.
The Spit roast was delicious and it was good to have the salads and sauces.
They were set up in advance and checked with me before closing down.
We will definitely use your services again if we decide to repeat the event next year
The entire process was flawless - The team who emailed me with menu choices and for enquiries have been prompt and efficient. The team who arrived on the day were friendly, helpful and extremely fast at serving. They also let my sister take the pigs ears home for her dog! I love that all leftovers were boxed up for us, and all rubbish cleared. I literally did not have to do anything! Cannot recommend enough. We will be eating leftovers all week too!
Great communication, wonderful menu. Caterers turned up on time, let us know what they were doing throughout the day, super service and great tasting food. Will use again!

Plenty of beautiful pork, really nice salads & served by very lovely people who were so helpful throughout.
Arrived & set up quietly, served on time, cleared away beautifully & couldn’t have been nicer, smiling throughout, despite serving a lot of people on a very hot day.

Sophie we had a superb day! Spitting Pig made a valuable contribution to the success of the evening event - the feedback from our guests was very ‘Tasty Hog roast’! there was plenty to go round, and many people had seconds and some even thirds!
We were grateful also for the phone call on the eve of the wedding, reassuring us that everything was in hand, please do extend our appreciation to the team. Thanks Steve & Rebecca.
The food was fantastic, the serving teams were excellent, friendly and helpful. Charlie was great. All very flexible, made the dinner (65 people) super success. The breakfast was well received.

I booked the Spitting Pig for 2 separate work lunch events to treat the staff.
They catered for 200 people on both dates, one of the dates there was a lunch and evening session as we work on shifts.
Right from booking the events, with lots of calls to change numbers and add items to the guys arriving to set up I knew it was going to be a success.
The food and service was amazing, we had whole pigs on both days, chicken and vegetarian options with fries and salad sides. All supplied with cold fizzy drinks.
They supplied everything including cutlery, plates, napkins, sauces, everything we needed.
Charlie and Tim on the Monday you were great, as both you were Sean and Charlie on the Friday. For catering for all the staff that were only on their breaks so short time scales it couldn’t have ran smoother, even in the rain!! Thanks guys, we definitely know who to book with for our next event.
Spitting pig were great. There were plenty of options to choose from and although we were sceptical at first, we could not be happier with the service and quality of food we received on our wedding day. Jack and his team were throughly professional throughout the day, engaging with everyone and all our guests have been saying how much they enjoyed the food supplied. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for external catering that wanted a good choice to pick from. Thank you spitting pig for being part of our special day.

They were great. A really professional outfit, and very passionate about their food and service. I really cannot recommend them highly enough to do justice to their performance at my 50th birthday party.
We were worried that for a smart black tie event that they would not be the right thing, but they were wonderful. They were invariably professional, well organised, accommodating and efficient people with which to deal. The pork itself was juicy and really delicious - cooked for hours - they had woken at 4am to have it ready for 8:30pm but the crackling was what attracted the highest praise. The sides and salads were all great too - and they served my birthday cake with their usual efficiency. They seemed to be a really well run and friendly team of people too, if only more businesses were like them.
