hi, came here a couple days ago and just wanted to mention that a staff member, dott, was so welcoming, friendly and made my day by making me laugh. the place is super clean and a very nice place to just relax and wind down, the drinks were made perfectly and overall it was a very good experience.

By far one of the best Costa coffee shops I have visited! The staff were exemplary and couldn’t have been more accommodating in my visit. Fantastic work by store manager Callum and his team, a credit to the franchise!
