This places brews some good beers and pale ales. Menu has a good list of specials. I tried the Salmon but will definitely try the rabbit next time round. Great staff. Definitely worth a repeat

Everything about this pub was spot on at my first visit. I booked the table at the last moment online. Super quick and easy. When we arrived (a table of four) we were quickly seated and our drinks were ordered. After that we never felt rushed through our appetisers, the English asparagus and salt & pepper squid, or through our dinner. We all ordered the roast sirloin of beef. The roast dinner was one of the best I have had, EVER! We will definitely be returning as I have already booked our table.

Wow what can I say...Best meal out I have had in a long time. I was there for my hen party...table decorated beautifully...staff were friendly and helpful and the food was really very very good. Thank you One Bull

What a great experience. Away on business and turned up on my own on a Thursday night looking for traditional pub grub, a pint and nice atmosphere rather than the solitude of a hotel dinner! Busy night, but Staff couldn’t be anymore friendly and accommodating. Food was fantastic and far from the ordinary pub grub menu I was expecting Drinks, a mixture of local brewery offerings as well as the well known names. Special menu Hake was amazing. That good that I ate it and forgot to take a photo. British hospitality at its best. Thank you

I have to say the best roast I have eaten out in a long time ( my wife cooks it too well). Beautifully pink beef, lovely veg etc, great staff! Our new favourite roastie din!

Lovely pub staff friendly, 4 stars as we didn't eat, but if in that area again would eat there, had reservations at another place, so just went for a pre drink

Beautiful interior in this pub, and they make delicious grilled sandwiches! I highly recommend the Reuben sandwich (whole meal is only £11) — it’s super tasty and filling. The only thing I’d say is that you’re better off going for an early lunch (before 14:00) so you not only get a table but also get your orders taken quickly and food get served on time. If you wait too late, the crowd builds up and it’ll take a long time for your order to be processed.

The One Bull is a must if you are looking for excellent food and service. We go regularly and have never had a bad experience, the staff (especially Becky) are always friendly and helpful. They have a varied well thought through menu. The wine list has always been excellent offering a great selection of old and new world wines, all reasonably priced.
