Excellent service, our food was with us withing 10 minutes of arriving, My partner can't have dairy and the staff knew exactly what was in each meal on the menu and explained in detail exactly whats was in each meal for allergies. well recommended
Love the setting.. we ate outside overlooking the square... Service was quick.. food delicious. I know it was an extremely hot day but the staff could be a wee bit more friendly.

All the food is delicious and I love that they have vegan options. I recommend the edamame,the gyosas and cauliflower as starters.

After eating here about four times on different occasions, I am now ready for my review. I have dined in and ordered takeout. Now before I begin I haven't had all the dishes on the menu (If I get sponsored, then I will gladly do it 😂) but if you like spicy, don't eat a lot or just looking for something when there are several options this is the place. Also, I can't speak for the alcoholic drinks on the menu but the lemonade and mocktails are refreshing. Starting with the starters, I give it a 10 out of 10 (I've had most of the starters on the menu and I highly recommend the bao buns). For the main, I give it a 6 out of 10. There's lots of room for improvement. I find that the broth for the noodles needs more flavor and seasoning and most of the other dishes needs a little more salt or bouillon cude or MSG. It gets packed during the weekend but it is a chill atmosphere on weekdays and it is vegetarian/vegan friendly (tons of options for both and they allow substitutions) Overall I'll give it a 7 out of 10.
We been in Bury one few times,foods are in Great quality, the restaurant is very Clean and atmosphere is very nice, staff are friendly & really helpful, Specially Head chef (George) very kind and knowledgeable.he talks to you and makes any Dishes you love to eat. In last two visits he came round our table welcoming us and making special dishes for our table.definitely is the best restaurant & place to eat and have great meals.
We received a warm, friendly welcome and were promptly seated at a nice table which our server made ready herself. She gave us great advice about easy payment at the table and then our order was taken by a very nice young man who served our drinks promptly and made sure we were happy with our meals. The food, as always, was delicious and we have absolutely no complaints (we highly recommend the Firecracker Chicken if you like spicy food, and the Chilli Chicken Ramen is a myriad of wonderful flavour. Both dishes were very filling and satisfying. We would return again in a heartbeat. Your guys do a much better job than other chain restaurants in Bury St Edmunds (Pizza Express and Prezzo are both lackadaisical), so very happy with our experience. Cheers.
What an enjoyable evening. Not being able to eat wheat can be a problem some places but here they are prepared, The dedicated menu, trained staff was really reassuring. The food specifically “the king oyster mushrooms” is a delight on the taste buds. The staff were first rate, none of this robotic , scripted or clinical service but good old fashioned real life happy down to earth service that made the night a prefect evening.
Wonderful food, can't fault it. Unfortunately let down by the staff who left the premises early and made me feel as if I should hurry my meal and go. Condiments were being refilled and general clean up at 9.30pm although closing time was 11pm. Didn't have dessert due to the atmosphere.
Was compensated after speaking with the Manager (the general manager went home, although she was our server)! Such a shame that my first visit wasn't a good one, but I will go back, probably earlier so it doesn't feel so difficult.
We had a great experience here. The gentleman who served us was very kind and made sure we were looked after.
The food was delicious. Nothing too adventurous, but a lot to choose from, and it looked great. The vegan squid was very realistic and worth a try!
They took both our dietary requirements seriously, even going through the menu with me and checking which foods contained peanuts.
Both the dining area and bathrooms were kept very clean, with COVID awareness posters dotted around the restaurant.
If you're looking for somewhere quick and easy, Wagamama's is a safe bet!

The food was fantastic and the portions were perfect! The service here went above and beyond for my mom's gluten allergies. Her dish was prepared specifically by a head chef to ensure her food was allergen free. All 4 dishes also came out in less than 15 minutes.
