We had a fantastic lunch here today. The Mac and cheese was delicious, as was the fish and chips. Then carrot cake and smoothie were great too. All vegan and reasonbly priced. The lady who served us was lovely too.
Best meal ever! We had the pasta dish. It was busy. We ate outside. What a gorgeous day!

Amazing good value, freshly prepared, tasty vegan food. Takeaway or sit in is done with thought and care and there is a shop and free parking right outside the premises. Alison is very kind and always does her best to give you what you want and the staff are always pleasant. My partner (who is not vegan) and I really like this place and I was there again this morning and has two vegan sausage rolls and a breakfast panini to takeaway. Thank you and I highly recommend
What a lovely find this was! I'm in South Norfolk for a long weekend, and decided to research somewhere to stop for lunch on the drive up. Bury St Edmunds was a rough halfway point, so I googled to see if there were any good spots that catered to vegans, and that's when I found Allison's Eatery! Such a relaxed, friendly cafe. I had the katsu curry, which was really tasty. I hope to find myself in this neck of the woods again soon :)

Amazing staff and amazing food. My husband and I wanted to try somewhere new and were amazed at how attentive they were and how great the food was.
I have enjoyed many different items from Alison’s menu including the vegan fish and chips and the bhaji burger. The food is delicious, the service is always friendly and I look forward to heading here for lunch during the working day.

The carrot cake is amazing, have to start with that because it is a tastegism. Love this place, really friendly and welcoming laid back chilled out, wide varried vegan menu. Looking forward to going back.
my mother surprised me with some take-away afternoon teas for my birthday lunch and they were AMAZING - we had 5 afternoon teas, all beautifully crafted & tasting, amazing value for money; and such a hidden gem to find the cafe !! they stock lots of vegan / cruelty free products (both food and hygiene wise) cannot wait to visit again !!
As my wife has a dairy and egg allergy, it is often very hard to find delicious, good food. Many places just don’t have the imagination nor ability. But this is definitely not the case with Alison’s.
Fantastic coffee, cakes and hot lunches. Allison made her vegan Tiramisu for my wife for Christmas. She hasn’t been able to eat it for many years, but said it was marvellous.
