A lovely experience! It was near the end of the day, and we had a quiet time drinking our super teas with almond cake and cream, scrumptious and my mini cherry cheesecake , hit the spot. The staff were very friendly and good fun. We loved the Rat Pack tunes too!

Had a lovely experience here. I ordered the bacon, Brie and cranberry panini which was absolutely delicious- lots of bacon too! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff were all very friendly and quick to attend to and serve us! I’m looking forward to coming again!

We celebrated my Grandma's 93rd birthday. We had three special afternoon teas. She had the best day. A huge thank you to the staff who took photos for us, served delicious food a d was approachable to ask for anything. Afternoon tea consisted of delicious sandwiched of a great size. Scones were so soft with jam and clotted cream. Fruit and plain scones. Variety of cakes. Lots of pots of tea. Relaxing piano music playing during our visit.

We went there for coffee and tea. We also had cake. The waitresses were dressed in black and white uniform with matching head gear. Very warm welcome and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was very tasty and good size portions. Would definitely go there again.

I like Harriets and I’ve been coming here every so often for many years. I do think it could do with a little update. The sofa benches are too high compared to the chair and my friends who sat there felt like they were sitting a lot higher than the table which was uncomfortable. The food was nice, I would have preferred the waitress to come back every so often asking if everything was ok as we needed to ask for something at some point and found it hard to get their attention. Overall a good experience.

An exceptional tearoom that's ideal for an afternoon tea after a long day of shopping and touring. We ordered the teapot with two scones. The tea was full-bodied but the scones were particularly yummy... fluffy and velvety. A must visit!

Came here for a friend’s birthday celebration, they have lovely service but some of the workers had no idea what some of the teas are on the menu. It had a beautiful atmosphere but I gave 4 stars because the Almond cake that I ordered was £3.75 which is the same price as a chocolate cake but the size of it was so much smaller and to be honest, it doesn’t look like a cake?.. anyways the almond cake was still nice I would just appreciate it if it was the same size.

So I wanted to go somewhere special for my 43rd birthday- feel so old !! Harriet’s shone above the rest. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a warm friendly smile and very pleasant staff - even laughing at my bad husband jokes!! Food was beautifully presented and the coffee was excellent. Dessert - yummy! Would recommend 👍
