The guy serving us was absolutely great, friendly,helpful and really happy. The venue isn't for me. The bare floor makes the venue very loud with just a few people in it. The sofa I sat on is absolutely knackered. The decor is bland. But, on a plus it's extremely clean, great choice of drinks and cocktails. I think we would have been better sitting outside.
Cocktails could be better priced and furniture is wanting. Wife’s expresso martini was good and no complaints on my jack of aces!
Love going to So Bar, cocktails are so nice and staff are friendly. I've always had a nice time at So Bar. Would recommend it if in Bury.
Very chill place to relax and have a few drinks with friends and family
Thank you to So Bar for accommodating myself and some friends. We visited the bar 14/04 so first week outdoor pubs and restaurants could open. We were seated instantly and got a nice bench table with heaters. All ordering is done via a QR code which is easy to use. Drinks come out within a minute or two. Nice selection of cocktails and spirits. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Jonah was amazing, served a huge crowd on his own and kept smiling, what a great barman and made great cocktails too, well done you!
Only popped in for tea but we received a very warm welcome. Young staff member was delightful. Will be going back for loads of ale when I fall off the wagon. Thank you.
Arrived for a late evening drink after a meal with a large group and had some really excellent cocktails and helped by some excellent bar staff. Will be back!
Good cocktails with lots of variety, the espresso martini is my favorite. The only issue is that the toilet is down some steep stairs, not ideal for drunk people
We usually go for live music and the staff are always friendly. Great service and lovely drinks.
