Mcdonald's

Awful awful service. 4 meals ordered, 1 not received. 2 incorrect. No bacon means bacon! Speak to the 'awesome' manager Luke and utter useless. Cannot send an amended delivery. Won't refund unless one comes in person with receipt. Won't accept remote refund either despite offering to send him pics and receipt. Abysmal! Avoid avoid

If this isn't the worst McDonald's in the region I'd be surprised and yet at the same time impressed... The wait for food can be so long it would be quicker to go into their kitchen and make it yourself, plus at least then you know your food will be at the very least warm for a change. Not rare for your mcflurry to be warmer than your food.

Well, what can we say about this absolute shambles of an experience!? We waited nearly 10 minutes after being asked to wait at the last window as they had run out of the chocolate milkshake. One of the servers had taken our drinks to another car which they passed back after they were clearly wrong. We were then given our drinks that were Medium and I had paid for Large. By this time I stated that our food was cold by now but all they could offer us was a fresh set of fries.!!

Pulled upto the speaker thing, nobody spoke, then somebody pulled up to the one next to us and got served straight away, initially thought it was broken so reversed and went to the other speaker waited and then a lady pulled up to the speaker that I was at and got served! First thing I thought was "wow okay!" But just found it hilarious. Service was great and got everything we ordered...even the chocolate milkshake 👍

Order missing items not for the first time I was unable to get to them that’s why I ordered from just eat in the first place Manager Dylan kept referring to me as mate and pal Refused to send missing items. I didn’t want anything extra just the items that were missing Basically told me not his problem they don’t pay just eat and I should contact them and see what they will do about it The just eat drivers don’t pack the food so the blame is firmly with McDonald’s here. Total lack of empathy or suggestion to put it right other than “not my problem mate”

Ordered 35 pounds worth of food and in this missed chips and a drink which went with a large nugget meal. On top of this food was cold and order was incorrect. We had to microwaved food when arrived and would not recommend coming here to lazy to complete the order that we ordered. We would not recommend Uber and Mac Donald’s unless you want a cold unsatisfactory meal 😊

Visited Thursday 23 with my partner and my son. We all ordered the Italian steak burger with large fries. He ordered a raspberry frappe and my partner ordered a large diet coke. We then ordered 2 apple pies and 3 icecreams. We got told couldn't have the frappe then couldn't have the apple pies yes they had them but no apple pie boxes and I asked them it's OK but them in burger box. But no it's against company policy as I may mistake the apple pie for a burger. Also the only items served warm were the coke and one of the iceall means all the meals were cold. Appalling service.
