i think sause packs are very coastly in kfc luton specially when they are serving it free without any fees one of the staff she is not giving enough suace packs and i think kfc luton charging some aditional amount from the staff salry if they are giving sause packs for the customers so surely next time i will go with sauce from home
Always friendly and prompt with service. In comparison to the branches in Luton, this one stands out head and shoulders above them.
The food is always prepared fresh in front of me, which is great. The customer service is great. I’m giving them a 4 star only because when delivery drivers arrive it gets a bit too much. Overall it’s pretty good .
