Down a little side street. Food was nice and service excellent. Prices reasonable compared to other restaurants in Buxton. Would recommend

Was a bit dark inside but the food on the whole was very good, I enjoyed being able to have steamed buns and the beef with honey and red dates which are not standard options. The hoisin sauce looked to have been microwaved, was the first time I've had it served warm, think I cold but the sauce itself was tasty.

A great restaurant, we had a set menu and couldn't finish everything, the portions were generous and the food was good quality. The staff were friendly and attentive, I would recommend stopping here for a great Chinese meal!

Tried this place whilst on holiday and we were not dissapointed. Took quite a while for the food to be cooked as they were very busy, that's always a good sign! Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Called here one night recently , not sure what to expect …… the external appearance wasn’t the best , however , we went in . It wasn’t busy inside but the take away option was doing well. Couldn’t fault the food , it was delicious , we didn’t wait long either . I have been wanting to return ever since and have told many people how nice it was . I cannot understand some of the poor reviews , but then , as they say ……. you can’t please all the people all of the time .

Amazing little restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was spot on. Best shredded beef I've had! The combination starter was fresh and just the right amount. Our waitress was attentive, helpful and friendly.

One of the best Chinese takeaways we've ever had. We ordered the hot and sour soup, loved the chunky baby corn in it. Quarter of a crispy duck which had loads of meat on it and cooked perfectly. The crispy shredded beef in sweet and chilli sauce with salt and pepper chips which were both delicious. Took this back to our campsite and it was still piping hot. Definitely recommend.

Kwei Lin is exactly what you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. A great selection of dishes, good vegan and vegetarian options and tasty food. The only reason we gave it four stars was because it is exactly what you'd expect. The interiors could do with a bit of sprucing up and the menus could do with replacing too. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, they were also very busy when we got there, which is always a good sign! Oh and it's also the only place I've had salt and pepper chips that were saucy. But they were tasty!

Quite tasty. We took ours away. We were on holiday from the Midlands and the food tasted quite different from any chinese restaurant near to us at home. The dishes were much sweeter. I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken. But my girlfriend was slightly disappointed at the beef curry. It just didn't taste like we are used too. I would recommend but bear in mind it was quite different from what we were used too.
