Fabulous little bakery, we stopped for breakfast snacks, pot of tea, toasted teacake and a slice of toast. Best ever toast, fabulous!

Great place to stop for lunch. The pasty meal is really delicious and sandwiches very nice. Tea is also refreshing. I would’ve bought about a gazillion bread rolls if they’d had wholemeal as they are clearly incredibly good at what they do.

We stopped for a coffee and a cake. Instead we had hot chocolate which was smooth and frothy and a cake each I had the brambley apple tart, the pastry had a sweet and creamy taste. Worth a treat for the children.

I regularly shop here. Quality is always excellent. The multi seed bread I purchased today was as good as any I’ve had . Highly recommend trying this bakery/cafe!

The best vanilla slices I’ve had in a long time with crispy pastry. Excellent brownies too.

Nice place for pastries/bread/cakes, but I would not advise a hot drink there (if you see their machine, you will understand that they are not also a cafetière…which is fair enough imo).

Was in there today and the staff, as usual, were warm and friendly. Pay no heed to those that say otherwise, I think it’s just the local people in Buxton have a way of saying things as they are direct to you not messing about trying to be politically correct. A spade is a spade as they say but no harm intended and as far as I’m concerned, none taken.

Lovely sausage maxi and cheese toasties on a dull Wednesday in January! Friendly staff.

The cornish pasties are truly worthy. It's all made in-house. Why not give this place a try instead of heading to the chain bakers? You'll be pleasantly surprised. Warning - fresh warm pasties and pies can sell out quickly - because we know how good they are ;)

Vanilla slices are absolutely beautiful! My dad has no complaints with the sausage rolls either!
