Attended a friends birthday party here, good venue, lovely staff, but the toilets really let them down.
Had a good night there, Plaid Cymru regional quiz and my team came second. There's always a friendly good welcome there.
I attended a birthday party over there. Big enough room, DJ thought he was playing to an arena rather than a club function room though.
Great place. Great local rugby, great pub and facilities are well maintained.
A good rugby club with a nice clubhouse which is open to all, members and non-members alike. Recently started offering Sunday lunches which are excellent value. Clubhouse is available to book for functions and parties at a very good rate, catered or self catering.
Great club for all age groups . Teams from under 6 to under 16,Caerphilly tigers girls team. Youth , a ends side and of course the 1st team. Great atmosphere in the new sports bar.
Very friendly, really good rugby played here, you can hire a good size room for functions with round tables and rest rooms, they also have pub games.
Great old club. Pride of a town, forgotten would be a great way to describe it. At the time the stands and the clubhouse were built it was a great ground. But since the inception of regional rugby, the cost of running the ground has clearly gotten too much for an amateur club. There are seats missing on the two grandstands. A sight commonly seen in Wales' old rugby giants grounds. The club bar and lounge has been refurbished and beer is cheap, but "don't go expecting no fancy girly drinks" haha this is a rugby club.
Over-all, it's what you'd expect from a rugby club, rough around the edges, but a great atmosphere.
Very welcoming when the Welsh Assembly Rubgy played the Commons and Lords Rugby in their annual charity match on international day
