Lovely place to meet a friend and sit over looking the castle. Fabulous view. We forget to enjoy what is on our doorstep. Caerphilly castle is a gem. Made us feel we were on holiday with this view

Couldn't ask for a much better view from a pub - conservatory and beer garden look directly at Caerphilly's magnificent castle. Pub itself has lots of history, much of which is signposted around the seating areas. Decent food. Dog friendly too.

Quite a few items out of stock on the menu and onion rings only available for meals but not as a side. Food was well presented and staff were really approachable and they took the initiative to help carry drinks and check we had everything - as I had a few glasses to carry.
Lovely atmosphere outside overlooking the castle. Live music and a good selection of drinks.

Staff were amazing. Helpful and friendly. Lovely cosy pub with an excellent beer garden with views of the castle. Very nice atmosphere. I've been here quite a few times and the food has always been very good. Would highly recommend the Courthouse

Had a couple of pints with family and even as it was raining the new outdoor beer garden (quite beautiful) had covered seating. And, as always, the view of Caerphilly Castle is unmatched from any perspective in town.

Food was fresh and delicious; staff friendly and service great. We are outside where one can enjoy a nice view of the castle. Would definitely recommend. 👍🏻

Visited Caerphilly on a very hot day in June so we popped into the Court House Inn for a couple of orange juice drinks with ice.... It's a lovely looking place with a great history.....The views from the beer garden at the back are amazing as it overlooks the moated Caerphilly Castle, making it a lovely garden to relax in with the Castle in the background.... We never had any food as we ate earlier but what we saw coming out looked delicious.......👍

First time here since the menu change food was really good brilliant portions I had the bacon wrapped chicken with beer cheese sauce it was delicious my friend had the flat iron steak it was busy but we had booked before hand and it was a rugby day so was expecting it to be busy lovely views of the castle very popular with dog owners

Unbelievable views of the castle. Fabulous food at a great price. Highly recommend the half roast chicken and the steak and ale pie!
