The waffles are delicious. You can't find the milkshakes anywhere else. It's my daughter's favorite shop. The employees are very warm and polite.
Nice but very over priced. Don't expect your dessert to look anything like the pictures either. £18 for 2 takeaway Sundaes, which is more like a small tub of ice cream is extortion! Couple minutes down the road, just go to Morrisons and get a Ben n jerries and sit with a nice view of the castle.
Great food, lacking atmosphere. The waffles were delicious and there's an interesting variety of American candy to buy. The lady serving was lovely too. I just felt it lacked a bit of atmosphere but it was quiet at the time.
Paid £4.50 for a miniature slice of cheesecake. Although it tasted lovely I wouldn't go back or recommend as its not worth the money. When asked for a slightly bigger slice politely we were refused.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean. And let's not forget about the waffles - they are simply amazing! If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious treat.
