A great little find! Very friendly & accommodating, let us check in early as we were attending a wedding in Callander. The room was beautiful, very clean, spacious & comfortable. Lauren made our breakfast in the morning and it was delicious! Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again!
The Crags Hotel is very much improved since the last time l stayed there it has had a very nice refurb with all its bedrooms redecorated and the bathrooms looks lovely too the dinning room has been redone aswell it is much brighter with new tables and chairs it looks much better it has all new carperting going up stairs and on their back ground floor entrace to the bedrooms. The breakfast was spot on l also had a nice welcome when l arrived the staff that work there where very friendly and helpful and polite l would recomend to anyone to stay there good value for your money my stay was from 03.10.17 to 05.10.17 my son and l thanks again Andrew Bainbridge
Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated rooms with plenty of space, clean as a pin. Helpful staff with a smashing bar. Breakfast at their sister hotel The Waverley was delicious. Freshly cooked with quality ingredients and delightful quick service.
We stayed here last month for a couple of nights and it was fantastic! Lovely clean rooms and we had a brilliant view of the Crags from our room. Great wee bar and delicious breakfast and evening meals too!
Nice, friendly hotel on the Main Street. Very dog friendly hotel with dog bowls and treats in the room. Good size bedroom with plenty of room for our dog’s bed. Lovely staff.
We spent our Anniversary in this lovely clean friendly hotel. Not only are the owners and staff charming but the locals in the bar were really friendly too. Food is delicious. Thank you for the Anniversary card and chocolates. Much appreciated and we will definitely recommend and return.

What can we say! Had a two night stay in this newly renovated hotel, first class great food! Room was perfect spotless and comfy! Staff couldn't do enough for you nothing was a problem!! Lauren and staff keep up the good work😁 wee gem of a hotel will certainly return!!.

Stayed in room 3 at top of hotel , bedroom was quite small , could do with a second chair
en-suite was large
Wash hand basin tap needs repaired not siliconed and label on door facing needs to be removed
my partner had difficulty flushing the toilet as button set in too far to flush and could hear header tank in attic
Lovely hotel with really welcoming staff. Rooms were fantastic and breakfast was great. The one downside is that the ceilings of our room / floor of the room above was quite thin and we had some very noisy guests staying above us the night we stayed! We'd still love to come back and stay again though.
The new owners are very nice and had just renovated the hotel when we went in Nov of 2017. Our room had 2 bedrooms and slept our party of 5 perfectly. We had breakfast included with our stay and it was delicious. I definitely recommend the food. We ate dinner there as well. There's a small pub in the front and the locals were fun to converse with. I would stay here again. Thanks!
Excellent place for dog-friendly stay. All the staff were great with humans and dogs and our wee Murphy even got a wee sausage at breakfast time ! ..and a few wee treats from Snowie the barman too. The indian food we had in the hotel on wednesday evening was amazing and definately worth trying it out. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Great stay.
Great location, hotel nice with great breakfast and lovely Indian meal. All staff friendly. However we picked the wrong time of year to go. Some shops already closed for the season, cafes etc doing reduced hours. Not many places for an evening meal.
