I tend to stop at Insomnia when driving between Chesterfield and Manchester - always really friendly service from the staff and although it's stuck on the side of a Spar it feels comfortable and welcoming. Coffee is surprisingly good, flat white is a fave. I've not eaten here but some of the snacks

What a wonderful surprise. Previous people / employees who ran the cafe here were rude and very unhelpful. Couldn't be more different now. Really good choice of food and great coffee. (They now do decaf) and the staff are lovely. Will definitely be back :-)
